The commission model

Educati charges the company a placement fee (a percentage of the hire's annual salary). When a placement comes from your agency, you earn a share of that fee — no fixed cost, paid on success.

What agencies ask us before signing

What exactly is my commission share?

It is negotiated with you and written into the partnership contract before your first placement. We do not print a single percentage on this page because it depends on the role type and volume — publishing one figure as if it applied to everyone would be false.

Am I competing with Educati's own staffing team?

You work the same roles. The rule is simple and applies to everyone: the placement goes to whoever presented the hired candidate. It is tracked in the ATS pipeline, which makes attribution checkable on both sides.

What does « verified profile » actually mean?

The graduate comes from an institution running the platform: LMD grades, diploma and final-year project come from the student records system, not from the candidate's own typing. You present a sourced record, not a self-declared CV.

How long does agency approval take?

We check the agency's legal existence and activity before opening pool access. Message us on WhatsApp with your agency name and city and we will reply with the exact list of documents required.

What if I have not placed anyone yet?

Then you pay nothing and owe nothing: the model is entirely success-based. It is also why we publish no agency or placement count we could not prove — below you will only see the agencies actually present in the network.
