Close access to a student account
The student app lets the signed-in person close their own access. This page describes what the product does today.
In the app
- Open Profile.
- Choose Close account access.
- Tick the confirmation and enter the current password.
- The app does not close access while offline, and it ends the local session only after the server answers.
If you cannot sign in
Use the Contact page. The product's public address is contact@educati.ma. Contact
What changes
Access to the app is removed. The password is replaced with an unusable value. A new session and a token refresh are refused.
What stays on record
The profile, enrolments, grades, attendance, invoices, payments, documents, messages, and audit logs are not deleted. No file store is wiped: file addresses that were already issued can remain reachable.
Decision still open
Anonymisation and retention periods are not applied automatically. The institution still has to confirm them. This page does not state legal compliance.
