What documents do I need to apply?
The form lists what is expected as you go (transcripts, diploma or certificate, ID). You upload, you track the state of your file, and you are notified at each step.
Is a degree obtained abroad accepted?
It depends on the programme and on the equivalence procedure that applies to your qualification. Send us your exact background on WhatsApp and we will answer on your case rather than in generalities.
Are fees shown in dirhams?
Yes. Amounts, instalments and receipts are in dirhams, with no conversion.
How do I get my parent access?
The institution links your account to your child's record. Send us the student's full name and the registry team activates the access.
Do I need to download an app?
No. The family portal is a website: it opens in your phone's browser just as well as on a computer.
Can I follow several children?
Yes. Every child linked to your account appears in the same space, each with their own report cards and invoices.
Which language can I write in?
In French, Arabic or English — the whole interface exists in these three languages, with native RTL for Arabic.
